I got a call from brunel and asked to get my blood test done. Thn they canceled the appointment by themselves. I called them again for an appointment because I wasn’t feeling well at all they they were not at all helpful they again gave me an appointment on the day I wasn’t available and told me id I can’t i can reschedule it again. I called them again to reschedule it as the day they booked an appointment I wasn’t available then they very unprofessionally said come on Tuesday (30th july 2024)early morning anytime as early as possible. I reached before 8 in the morning and again the receptionist said that we need an appointment though i got my blood test done somehow. But just wanted to share this feedback and their unprofessional behaviour towards some of their patient. This was the worst experience i had with them because they treated me this way when i really needed an appointment everytime i tried to book an appointment via patches it was closed. And whn called the receptionist of brunel medical center i was treated this way.

the doctors here are great, very knowledgable and listen to my needs. the nurse ans phlebotomist are really caring and considerate. the reception staff are very helpful. it's a great place and i feel safe when i go there to seek medical care

I have an extremely good experience. This practice has an excellent customer service. They resolve the issue ASAP. I will recommend this practice.
