We are sorry that you were disappointed with our service. Our branch sites do close at 6.15 pm, our main Broom Lane branch is open until 6.30 pm. Our standard procedure on occasions when the day’s appointments have been allocated and a patient feels they have an urgent matter is that the details are taken and referred to a doctor for assessing and response

I dont understand how I can phone as soon as my phone clock strikes 0830 and I get straight through to recorded message saying all appointments for the day are taken this has happened twice now. I dont know if I'm not using the system correctly.

Thank you for leaving feedback. We are sorry that you have had trouble getting through to us on the telephone. We are currently under significant demand pressures and our phone lines are always very busy. Our same date appointments are often all taken very early in the morning. You could ask reception for a pre-bookable appointment for a date in the future. Our standard procedure on occasions when the day’s appointments have been allocated and a patient feels they have an urgent matter is that the details are taken and referred to a doctor for assessing and response
