I saw a doctor today and she was very kind and helpful in explaining things to me. When making my next appointment, the reception staff were efficient and friendly.

Your Review: I managed to get a same day appointment, when I saw the Doctor she was so lovely! listened to me and was so kind and reassuring. I have had great service from Broom lane but this Doctor was another level of kindness, I am so grateful for her help. People are so eager to criticise the NHS but when you get this outstanding level of service it should be recognised. Thankyou so much.

Today I attended my appointment which was with a student doctor I was very impressed with her listening and empathy towards my illness. Her treatment was checked by a qualified doctor who again showed excellant communication skills I was extremely impressed by both doctors

my appointment recently with this gp was a good efficient service with follow up consultations ,one particular gp I feel really gets my issues and finally someone listened ,it means a lot as immense pressure is on our gps at the moment , also the rest of the staff I've been in contact with are polite, efficient and understanding, keep up the good work .

I obtained an appointment on-line within the next 3 days (my appointment was not urgent). The lady doctor I saw was extremely nice, showed great care and was very professional. I have been with the Practice for a great number of years and have always been completely satisfied

I’ve been calling the clinic for 2 straight days to book an appointment for my son. Been waiting in the queue’s starting 8am waiting for more than an hour then they said they will call back received a call at 9:30am just to tell me to call back again tomorrow at 8am because they are fully booked. Like is it really a clinic for the people in need? Operators just told me call 111 if it’s emergency. What a great way to start your day trying to get an appointment at 8am just to call you back to call again tomorrow

We apologise if you feel our service has fallen below your standards. We provide appointments for children 12 years and under daily. If you feel it is an emergency you can inform the reception team and they will try to do what they can. The demand for appointments is very high at the moment and our clinical team have a limited number of appointments daily. We apologise if you feel we fell short on this occasion.

Recent cholestrol tests were found to be high and after discussing the results with the doctor, she was very helpful in suggesting changing diets etc. The suggestions appear to have been successful so far. I am due to have another test very soon so fingers crossed the results will continue to be positive. I will try and see this doctor again if I need to. She is very informative and thorough in what she does. Thankyou.

The GP was excellent and very thorough with my child. Clear plan of action and next steps to find out what is going on with a long standing cough and general illness. Felt reassured and hopeful.

Staff and doctors are brilliant. I telephoned in the morning and I was given an urgent appointment straight away to see a doctor. Doctors are very helpful and addressed all my concerns. Very happy with the practice and service provided to patients. Staff are great. I would recommend to everyone.

Just been on hold for 15 mins trying to arrange my booster jab finally put in a queue of 6 eventually after 12 mins phone started to ring and ring and ring and ring after 8 mins of ringing I put down the phone either the staff are profoundly deaf or completely ignorant the practice is a disgrace and embarrassment to the nhs it needs a root and branch overhaul and a team that actually want to help goodness knows how much money has been spent why have phones or staff that will not answer a phone a full independent review of this so called medical centre is needed

We apologise if you feel the service we provide in this area is below your standards. We have installed an new telephone system in keeping with requests from all patients. This entails a patient queuing system and a call back service. We received 100's of telephone calls every morning and we provide a full bank of care navigators to answer those calls. However demand can sometimes outweigh the resource. As patients can now access many ways to contact the surgery hopefully the telephone demand will reduce in time.
