    receptionist was awful to me this afternoon on a telephone call, i feel like I can’t even phone back to make a doctors appointment, how dare they make me feel like this Totally unacceptable

    The Brooklands medical center is completely out of order. There is no way to make an appointment with a doctor. Only by phone in the morning at 8:00, but after 30 minutes of waiting everything is fully booked. What does this center do? Rude and indifferent staff at the reception. Never helpful. How can I get an appointment to the doctor? How can I make an appointment if I work from 8:00? What do I pay taxes for? Disgusting medical center. Never any help.

    Made an appointment to see a doctor as I was concerned about my blood pressure and heart condition on 9 May 2024 to be seen on 16 May 2024. Received phone call on 10th May 2024 cancelling that appointment as Dr wasn't working that day. Offered next appointment for 29th May 2024 which is totally unacceptable due to my concerns.

We do experience periods of very high demand for appointments, which sometimes means that we cannot offer appointments as soon as we would like to.     I tried to book an appointment and the receptionist was incredibly rude and quite unhelpful. She couldn't find my name on the system and tried to blame me. Turns out she obviously was incapable of running a simple search on a system and found it in the end without apologising. The audacity to be rude when you can't operate a computer is laughable. There's also a complain about a receptionist about a year ago and I'm guessing is the same person. I'm not shocked at all that she's still here with the same attitude.

    I made a simple call just asking about a medication that they had refused to give me which helps with my epilepsy. The receptionist was rude, kept talking over me and not helpful at all. Basically blaming me for the whole ordeal. She’s rude and unprofessional and shouldn’t even be working a job that need compassion and care because she is none of those things.

    I rang the other day for an appointment about suffering with anxiety and panic attacks was told no one was available not even a phone call with a doctor until 26th April. Iv filled for fit note and still havent heard. When you ring theres never any appointments or your always on hold theres been time when iv rang for an appointment and have the phone put down on me many occasions. Wouldnt recommend this GP at all. Horrible suffering with mental health and being turned away.
