Had to wait for a total of 3 hours after being advised by 111 to go - when I was finally seen I was told they can’t do anything for me and I would have to go to my gp

Unfortunately although the nurse who treated me was competent, she completely lacked warmth and made no effort to connect on any level. Treated like a time waster.

Was seen after 2 hour wait about an ear infection The doc was great, listened to what I had to say and accommodated me and my issue.

Had a wander into the drop in center as my GP appointment was for another 2 weeks. The advanced practitioner was very friendly and knowledgeable and provided next steps for me. Got seen in just under 30mins. Thankyou!

I was seen very quickly. All the staff were very attentive, caring, reassuring and professional. I would thoroughly recommend this practice to anyone would needed it.

Had problems with a foot injury and the doctor was fantastic and dressed the injury superbly. There was a wait to see the doctor but the service was extremely good.

At the arrival Reception was very welcoming , helpful and efficient . Whole process was very easy to follow Waiting room was spacious and wait was not too long . The Doctor was very attentive , welcoming, comforting and assuring

As promised, we were seen within 30 min. Reception was clean and spacious. Everyone was polite and attentive. The problem we came with, was explained and treatment recommendations were given.

I was in a lot of pain with my ear and was met initially with very sympathetic and Cari g reception staff The waiting area was clean and efficiently run My waiting time was within the hour The nurse practitioner wax efficient and responsive to my needs I left with a prescription for my ear infection which made all the difference to my infection
