Lady at desk was sweet and quick to see me. Wait was long but not unbearable. Doctor was kind and advised me very professionally.

Seen by a GP for in person booking. Very thorough and friendly. Quickly arranged blood tests and there will be quick follow up.

On arrived the experience reminded us to how practices used be run you arrived and awaited your turn in the surgery everyone was friendly and helpful and my problem was sorted it was my first visit to this type of practice only wish there was more of them thank you

I arrived 17.30 on a Thursday afternoon and waited about an hour and a half n never having attended this practice before. I was told it would likely be an hour, but these things are difficult to judge beforehand so didn't mind too much. The doctor was very friendly, and very thorough and informed me about preventative measures for the future. The only downside, and this has nothing to do with the practice, is that there are no pharmacies open late in Brington and Hove apart from two, the closest one being a 25 minute bus ride away. I was not feeling well enough for that at all. Wish there was a late pharmacy next to this late walk-in clinic.

I felt really unwell with a suspected UTI and after a short registration process and a urine test I was seen really quickly (about 20 minutes) . The staff were friendly and the doctor was really attentive and I felt really well cared for.

My gp recommended me to visit this practice as I needed another prescription - which was originally given to me at a&e I found the doctor very attentive and understanding.

The Receptionist was very helpful and gave me a form which I completed and returned to her, she booked me in and I waited about an hour before I was seen by a Doctor. The Doctor was very thorough, asked questions,examined me, tested my sample and prescribed Antibiotics for a UTI . Many thanks to her for her kindness

Very efficient service as a walk in patient. Can not get an appointment at my own GP surgery ever. I walked in here and completed a form and was seen in about two hours. That’s not too bad without an appointment. GP was very nice friendly and helpful. Appreciate these people

It was my first time at the walking clinic. It was very useful. Waiting time was 45mins nit bad. The receptionist was helpful. Doctor was very good.

Came as a walk in after not being able to get an appointment with my own GP. The person I saw was rude and dismissive. Hopefully they treat registered patients with a bit more humanity
