Went in to see doctor last week and then back in today to see the nurse for a bllod test. On both occasions, I was able to get the appointments in a reasonable time, good care provided and not left waiting too long for the appointment, even though the surgery was fairly busy.

Very efficient, both my wife and I had our vaccine together booked on consequtive appointments and we were in and out in 5 minutes

Very Indepth conversation and the doctor gave me reassurance of my issue and helped me feel better after getting some unsettled results. She was also very polite and very helpful.

I was scheduled to get a flu jab at this practice, I got in at the scheduled time and a kind nurse performed the inoculation quickly and painlessly. Couldn't wish for berrer service.

Convenient location, self checkin available, friendly staff, waiting time was adhere to. Adequate rooms for special needs. Consultant rooms are clean and bright. Nurse was very professional and treat me with respect and talked me through the procedure and expect result time and sorted out contactable time within 2 weeks by phone or text. I felt like a valued patient.

The nurse I saw today was lovely, so polite and friendly i was greeted with a smile and treated with respect and dignity throughout my appointment

She explained each step of the blood test process clearly, ensuring I understood what was going on and how long it would take. She was professional and kind, making sure I felt comfortable throughout the procedure. The whole experience was incredibly smooth, and I appreciated the care and attention to detail. Staff on reception is most helpful. Nurses and Doctors all very nice and helpful. Very happy with this practice. For concerns re my kidney pain the doctor was very thorough. Thank you.
