    Phoned at 8:30a m. Got an appt for 9:30 am and saw a very competent doctor who listened and thoroughly examined me. Provided me with a lot information that made me feel satisfied and better. Medication prescribed which will hopefully sort me out! Thank you.

    Quick check-in without the need to go to the desk and called by the nurse a few minutes after, extremely fast and efficient. Competent and friendly Nurse, so, would recommend the practice

    My concerns were taken seriously, I felt listened to. I was able to get an appointment really quickly. My prescription was sent to my pharmacy and ready to collect the same morning.

    All the blood tests I have are managed very well and with kindness and efficency. Communication afterwards is not good. It is hard to discuss the results. Nothing is very clear if the result is abnormal. As for prescriptions - if the hosp prescribe a new one it is very hard to get it from the GP in the first instance. Even when written out specifically referring to the appropriate letter. Still nothing at the Pharmacy - then the GP receptionist has to sort it out. If the prescription team are not happy either the request they should contact the patient to say they are not going to provide it. With regard to consultations. Twice an E Consult call has one rime missed the deadline, another time the call back was at 5:55. I was in the bathroom. It ran twice. A text mesg said sorry I missed you, please call back, but of course the surgery closed at 6. No further attempt was made and you cannot just call the surgery during g the day and speak to a Dr. Communication between departments is confusing. After an E Consult the Dr said contact the Diabetes Nurse. Had to wait 14 days for that appt. Then she said she had to talk to the Dr and eould call back. No call back that day, hence still in discomfort. I believe that if you are on lots of meds for different things you should be able to have a 3 month discussion with a Dr about all the meds you are taking. Like a regular blood test, have a regular meds chat. I know you have a review of sorts but it seems to be a Nurse etc who just checks off a list. They cannot actually discuss the implications and side effects of what you are taking. In general things are not too bad but room for improvement.

    My call was returned in less than 10 minutes and an appointment found for same day! Very friendly GP organised my upcoming hospital referral while I waited. All good.

    Have unfortunately suffered a traumatic medical event two weeks ago - I couldn’t fault the empathetic and caring aftercare I was given by the receptionist and medical staff!

    My feeling at the hospital was amazing. I did not feel a thing with my bloods. She has sound knowledge and knowhow. She is very spirited, helpful and has a very personal touch dealing with her patients. She also gets all the required info with ease. It has been a long time since I met such a nurse with the objective to serve a patient and help them get over the issue. She is very proactive and I strongly recommend her.

    Automated check in process is easy to follow but friendly staff on the desk if you need help. Large screen and sound clearly indicating when and where staff are ready to see you. My recent experiences was, on time, very efficient, friendly and helpful.

    Some time very hard to get an appointment last. Once took five months to get NHS referral so had to take private option with payment let see how this new online booking system going to work
