Got seen by one of the doctor (working for Bracknell Urgent care) at the A&E Wexham Park Hospital and he me promised that he will send my discharge report to the GP, and advised me that I needed the Urine test, went to my GP but found that my discharge note was not sent. Without it my GP refused to send mg urine sample to the lab further investigation. I called back to to the Bracknell urgent centre multiple times and they promised me again they will send the discharge note to my GP but they never did. My GP even provided them their email address. Very disappointing experience!

Arrived on a Saturday with my wife who had fallen and broken her arm. Place was deserted and a grumpy receptionist told us to wait to see a nurse. The nurse then told us their x-ray machine wasn’t working and she didn’t have morphine so couldn’t manipulate the arm - so she sent us to A&E at Frimley. We wasted £50 on a taxi there and back. What kind of “ Urgent Care” place is this?? It feels like they are not interested and just want to pass the buck onto another part of the NHS.

Visited on Monday evening with potential broken/fractured finger. Free parking! Superb reception, triage, X-ray, reviewed and survey complete all within 45 minutes. Calm relaxing caring empathetic environment, brilliantly designed facility. Bracknell Forest should be proud, every Borough should see this facility in action.

I had a nurse look at my son. She was just amazing! Patient and understanding. She used makaton and really engaged with my son who finds it stressful. She took her time and was just such a great nurse. I can’t tell you how great she was. Such a breathe of fresh air. Thank you for making my visit a calm and easy one.

Told to attend with my elderly mum for an X-ray by her GP. Signed in & stayed seated for 30 mins. Saw a nurse who agreed an X-ray was needed of her shoulder. Went to another section. Sat & waited. Finally got seen to be met by a grumpy staff member informing us that the shoulder X-ray machine was broken & that she’d already told the nurse so we shouldn’t be waiting. The staff member was very blunt when speaking to us. Spent the whole morning there only to be told to go to A&E Frimley. That was another 9 hour wait.
