    Long term disabled ordered my repeat morphine and never got it went to surgery to find out and they said I need a medication review come back on Mon to speak to doc and this was on a Friday so now I'm in extreme pain waiting on more surgery and iv got no pain relief to take and nowhere to go for help do not register with this doc they even been in paper for messing priscritions about with people and they doing it again

    Went to counter and was asked how she can help me, I proceeded to tell her my appointment time and who with, she immediately dismissed me and palmed me off to the self checkin where I told her I prefer human interaction but just got funny looks, as a result of this I forgot to give her a new prescription from the hospital for new heart tablets so I still need to go back, not really much point employing her if she wants me to do her job for her.

    This practice is an absolute shambles!! Over 110 phone calls the practice and no answer on the phones, This isn't the first time and won't be the last time, Also prescriptions are never done on time or are "Forgotten/Left off

    Blood pressure and weight taken plus Bloods for the diabetic centre and Bolton Medical Centre. A diabetic foot check was offered but I declined. The nurse was very professional and caring right from the outset I was at ease and cared for. Thank you so much for a truly painless visit.

    been ill for quite some time now, GP's just send you in circles for the same blood tests over and over again, do not listen at all and give a very unwelcome vibe. They sound like they just want to get rid of you and constantly cut you off, if it is on your record you suffer with mental health issues the GP should surely see this and allow you to actually speak. once again fobbed off with another appointment which is nearly 3 weeks away and made to feel like i could not discuss what i actually called for. GP called 20 mins early caught me off guard anxiety through the roof, appointment lasted 6 mins and most of this was GP cutting me off. yes the surgeries are under immense pressure but i have another 3 weeks of suffering feeling like i have just been brushed off once again and not able to speak for myself. very deflatng speaking to these GP's. Reception team and nurses always very friendly and great.

    Waited weeks for an appointment, waited all day for a telephone appointment because apparently face to face doesn’t exist now unless the doctor see’s fit, gone over my appointment time by 3 hours, doctor is “slightly” behind but will call within 2 hours. Next pre bookable end of December !! I’d love to know how some of the reviews are getting same day appointments!!

    I had an appointment this morning with the nurse for some results only to find the nurse was not in on arrival in time for my appointment I was told by the receptionist they had rung my mobile and home phone to tell the appointment was cancelled but couldn’t get me I was at home all morning and the house phone never rung neither did my mobile which was with me all morning, I also had a text at 08.01am to say I had an appointment today, they offered me another appointment with a doctor for the 15 Dec seeing has the results of my bloods were from July this year I told them to cancel the appointment as I should have been told before now if there was anything wrong with my blood results,
