The GPs are inconsistent and contradict each other. Just had a telephone consultation -on the NHS App a GP reviewed my results and stated I needed a call about a specific blood test result - only for the GP to call me and tell that that particular result isn't anything. No explanation. What's the point?

I was having some trouble at the practice as I was on crutches. The practice manager was excellent and assisted me throughout the duration on my visit. The doctor was pleasant and helped my concerns Thank you

Have had issues relating to skin problems. Could usually receive a cancellation appointment on the day I rang the surgery, which I was grateful for as I received treatment when I most needed it.
