I visited today to get my covid vaccine as a vulnerable person and the team were so very kind and tailored my experience to my needs- I am disabled and it was difficult for me to get to the top room so they brought the treatment to me and made me feel so welcome. Thank you for such a great experience, especially the dr who administered the injection.

Waited over an hour for call to be answered by reception. How are vulnerable people, people with disabilities, mental health problems or people in pain meant to wait this long?
