    Hearing a complaint about a different local practice prompted me to share my appreciation of how fantastic everyone at Bodey is. I’ve always had a Face-to-face appointment, if I’ve ever really needed it- Usually after phone and photo triage which makes sense to me. They online system is spot-on in my opinion, I appreciate Digital access might be challenging for some But I imagine they have an Alternative approach for those. My most recent visit- I’ve been struggling with an eczema flare up for awhile but thought I wouldn’t bother the doctors with it. When it came too much, I submitted photos, The doctor (I’d not met before) called me back within a couple of hours, Said I definitely need a stronger medication for a short period and changed my ointment. I felt the relief immediately, And it had entirely cleared up within two days. It was absolutely absolutely wonderful, and I was so glad I told them about it. Thank you!

    I would like to say a big thank you to the Reception staff and the two wonderful Drs that have been looking after my husband and supporting me in difficult decision making. We couldn’t have had better care. Thank you all.

    Couldn't not leave a review after how good and quick and easy everything has been since I moved to Bodey Medical Centre. I had an appointment today and my medical problems that other GPs have been putting off for years are now being dealt with efficiently and proactively. It's very reassuring and I feel in very good hands. Thank you!

    Despite the great practitioners here, some of the reception really bring the rating down. One of the receptionists were very rude upon my request of an emergency prescription, then proceeded to put me on hold for 5 mins before hanging up on me, leaving me to call again and rejoin the long queue.

    Today I was reviewed by an exceptional doctor. He took the time to thoroughly discuss my issue and went into depth about the next steps needed to treat my problem. It felt refreshing to have a doctor listen and ask relevant questions in order to get the best possible outcome for his patient.

    During my recent visit to Bodey Medical Centre for a blood test, I was impressed by the efficiency and kindness of the staff. The person conducting the test was sweet and kind, making the process quick and efficient. I was welcomed with a smile, which immediately created a calm environment. Overall, it was a positive experience, and I appreciate the excellent care provided by the staff at Bodey Medical Centre.

    I wish to acknowledge a member of reception who was incredibly helpful and considerate on the phone today when I called to help my daughter arrange vaccinations for a forthcoming holiday. Not only did the lady listen carefully to my requests, she sorted things out, offering maximum flexibility, all in a kind and considerate way. The member of staff also then offered to email my daughter with everything we had agreed. This lady is an exceptional member of your staff. I am only sad that I am not allowed to disclose her name in this review. She certainly deserves great recognition for a job more than well done.
