Very disappointed in which the way the practice handled the clerical obligation they had regarding the death of my father. In a difficult time for myself and my Mom, we did not need the added pressure of having to chase a simple task, which was needed to be performed by the practice in order for us to resister his passing.

We would be more than happy to discuss this further and to see where we went wrong as a practice, which caused added pressure for you and your family.
