    After my telephone consultation I felt like at last there was some sort of plan to get to the bottom of my problem. The person I spoke with sounded very knowledgeable and the fact we have planned a follow up call has made me feel reassured that I might get my issue sorted. Felt a little relief after the phone call that I was being listened too.

    Very disappointed, that l have had no rresults from the first of Feb one being my ct scan chest 2 being ultra sound on heart and 3 the x-ray on my hip and thigh .after waiting all tis time no results

    Telephone appointment didn’t happen When phoned surgery they said it wasn’t one despite having gone in and asked personally what message meant. Very ooor explanation as to why.

    Not having to wait in a phone queue but was rung back by reception & given a telephone appointment on the day ..a Monday morning ….the doc rang me at 9.50 & having noted my problem offered me a face to face appt at 11.30 the same day which I took. I was seen to and examined & was prescribed medication which I collected from Paydens after the appointment …very helpful and friendly staff & Doctor ..I was very pleased & impressed …thank you!

    I tried for three days to get an appointment at the surgery or on the phone due to being very poorly and also ringing at 8am each morning and each time had to wait for call back and was told every appointment had gone even the telephone ones .. which I really couldn’t understand. So I ended up going to a walk-in clinic and it transpired I have bronchitis and had to have antibiotics and steroids. I’m 75 years old and totally disgusted that I couldn’t even speak to somebody. Not a happy patient ……

    The nurse was fab and explained everything really well but I was appalled by the long wait I've had for this appointment given that my BP went unusually sky high 3 weeks ago - I have been very worried ever since.

    The nurse who took my blood was lovely and I was seen on time, thank you. Unfortunately I have not been telephoned with my results which i was told would happen within the week. Oh well.

    I find the E consult very useful, my family work long hours and every day so it's very handy for us. Response time is good on most occasions and the dr's are very helpful and understanding too.

    I did not visit the BMC but a nurse came to my home instead. She was a very pleasant lady and the visit was appreciated
