GP was very knowledgeable and explained everything regarding my symptoms so i could understand. Staff were very helpful when i was unable to use the book in screen. Would definitely recommend the surgery to my family

My experience today at Billinge Medical Centre was excellent. The male Nurse Associate who attended to me was most caring and professional and I have to say huge thank you for the help I received in such an efficient manner. Also the Receptionist was very helpful.

I attended the surgery on Wednesday 26th June. I was seen my a nurse practitioner. The member of staff was professional, friendly and supportive of needs. Overall a good experience.

I was born in Billinge in 1945 so have experienced all the different manifestation of the surgery (and it’s personnel) as it evolved. Right now it is by far the best it’s ever been, in my opinion. I have twice seen one of the new doctors and was very impressed by him. It felt as though I was talking to a friend rather than a doctor.

My elderly dad and I recently registered at Billinge Medical Practice after moving to the area. We have found everyone extremely friendly and helpful during this process, especially the reception staff. Also my dad had his first diabetic review with the practice nurse, and was made to feel so at ease. Everything was explained clearly to him and she made the relevant referral for him. A very positive experience for both of us.

Appointment was late by 15mins but that wasn’t a problem, nurse very helpful, car park was full so had to park on housing estate round the corner

Excellent Doctors, excellent staff and receptionists with a really helpfull and caring attitude. my appointment was offered to me for the same or next day and I only waited 5 minutes in the waiting room. In my opinion this Now must be one of the best practices in my area.
