I’ve had a horrid time with this surgery firstly they refused to allow me a face to face appointment although I can’t hear properly on the telephone. My telephone appointment was a three week waiting and the doctor rang me 5 hours late. Then she just decide I was going to be put on HRT even if I didn’t want it totally disrespectful and disgraceful. Also I had a prescription for my arthritis and when I asked for a repeat prescription they refused and told me to buy over the counter but I can not buy the strength I need over the counter and have been left in agony the other half of my Repeat prescription for my asthma has also been completely messed up by them. It has got to the point I feel I have to now register with another doctor as I have felt completely Discriminated against here and have them messing around with the medication I’m in need of. If you can avoid this centre then please do.

This practice has fallen down since covid , that and the fact that it’s gotten to large for the staffing that it has ,is affecting patients often with just one doctor across the practices in attendance and staff only ever working from home( still !) You can never get an appointment, the e consult service is shocking with things moved mutiple times , no one seems to want to take ownership of anything or willing to assist when there is a problem ? Even basic tasks seem to be an issue , I’m not sure where the care went in caring .

We always try to ensure we provide all our patients with the best possible care available at the time. We have a catchment area and have a duty to provide care to all residents who wish to use our services within our catchment area. Each day we have a number of doctors, nurses, pharmacists and physician associates working at all three of our sites. All our clinical rooms are in use every day and we only have staff working from home due to lack of room availability. I’ve always found this practice very easy to get hold of sometimes there’s a short delay for appointments, but that is understandable. The staff have always been polite respectful and helpful. If I’ve needed a more appointment more urgently they have done whatever is within their power to accommodate this. I’ve used E consult with them once and didn’t want that too great so I always ring and I don’t have a problem. The doctors have been great when I’ve seen him the receptionist have been fab. I have no complaints here I hope they keep up there fantastic service

This practice requires all patients to fill out an e-consult form which is very frustrating and time consuming. You cannot ring up for an appointment or book one via the app. Not good patient care at all.

Thank you for your review. We do ask all our patients that are able to, to complete an econsult to ensure all requests are triaged and appointments allocated appropriately. If patients are unable to complete an econsult, the reception teams will always assist and, if requested to do so by the patient, will book the next available appointment.
