    Despite two c0mplaints service doesn't seem to be improving and passing the buck to pharmacists for private treatment. Gave poor treatment for my son during COVID, they gave poor treatment to my wife this year and now declining prescriptions asking us to goto a local pharmacy to buy hormonal medicines which are available on the NHS. I wont be bothering to c0mplain a third time as nothing is ever taken seriously and more importantly no changes are ever made that are in the interests of the patient.

    Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We take all feedback seriously and are sorry to hear that your recent interaction with the practice did not meet your expectations. The responses given to your family regarding their online consultations are in line with our practice policy. Under new prescribing guidelines, we are not able to issue prescriptions for the medication they requested as it is a lifestyle choice, rather than for medical treatment. As we have a duty to ensure patients have access to appropriate appointments, and given that this service is available in most community pharmacies, the decision was made to triage these requests to the local pharmacies given that requests for these types of treatments are high in numbers and we want to safeguard our appointments for medical treatment and ensure appointment availability across our sites are utilised in the best possible way.

    Head receptionist & team are very patient and help deal with any matters I raise. Could not do more for me. The Dr I have seen recently - three times, goes above and beyond. When matters are urgent - dealt with immediately. Extremely caring and listens to me.

    During the past month I have had to call (and sometimes visit ) the surgery several times and I wish to praise and thank the reception staff for always being friendly and most helpful. They have a difficult job being on the front line of the practice and should never have to suffer any abuse .
