Doctor was 15minutes late for my appointment and when he did see me he kept talking over me. When he explained about my condition he contradicted himself and by the end I wasn’t reassured. I tried a few times to re explain but he would talk over me again and miss the point. Should also mention the car park is tiny, unless you have a very small car I would avoid it as someone’s either likely to hit your car trying to get out or you’ll get stuck.

I saw a Doctor about an on going issue. The Doctor made me feel heard and was very thorough. I'm very happy with the service this surgery provide. The reception team are always friendly and helpful and they have a great team of Doctors and Nurses.

Signed in on screen. Few minutes later the Dr came into reception and on recognising me invited me into his surgery room. Discussed my problem and issued prescription. Very happy with my treatment.

A short wait before seeing a doctor but the consultation was a good exchange. A prescription was setup with the local chemist and a review recommended after treatment.
