Surgery booked me in to have a smear procedure, but upon arrival there was an error with the appointment. I had overall wasted my time.

The doctor explained very well what my meds needed to be changed to and which would be more effective, a pleasant visit with a friendly and knowledgeable doctor.

I recently saw my GP in person, she listened to my concerns, was empathetic and helpful. Although all the staff I have seen recently have been great, it was nice to see my GP face to face for the first time in ages. I do miss having that one point of contact with someone who knows me well, especially as I have a condition which some medical professionals know little about. Anyway, all credit to the GPs who haven’t given up & left considering the pressures they are under.

It was simple to check in and I was seen on time, the doctor was very polite and thorough. Outside parking is difficult due to limited spaces so you need to allow extra time if your driving

I am full of praise from emailing my symptoms, recieving appointment time via text message to warm welcome at surgery, thorough examination and explanation of treatment plan and ordering of medication. Excellent treatment.
