The latest appointment was by far the best I’ve experienced, the GP reviewed my file prior to the appointment, listened and further tests have now been requested. Thank you! I hope this isn’t a one off!

Kind and understanding Doctor. No waiting time. I felt I could talk and came away feeling as if I had been heard and there is support there if I should need it.

The nurse was very understanding and did a great job. However she spotted that my blood test earlier in the week did not contain all the analyses required, so a second test was scheduled. May I politely suggest that there is a control mechanism implemented for this and that the patient is also asked which tests he/she believes to be required. Thank you in advance.

Not a very professional setting. Conversations from the reception staff could be heard clearly from the waiting room. I was called in by the nurse 35mins late. She called my name in the waiting room but continued to speak with her previous patient whilst I stood behind her waiting, feeling very awkward. The Nurse I saw didn’t seem to know much and was googling my condition and looking on (patient info) which I had previously looked at before coming. I was told my prescription would be sent over to the pharmacy straight away so went and it wasn’t ready. I came back 3 hours later and it still wasn’t ready so rang the doctors and they said I’d receive a text. I received a text that night at 10.54pm.
