I had an appointment with a trainee GP with whom I was incredibly impressed. Very professional, very thorough and gave me several opportunities to raise any questions or concerns before the end of my appointment. My husband and I have received excellent treatment from our surgery, and are always able to make an appointment if needed, or seek help via another route. Very professional and efficient.

Yesterday I rang with some troubling symptoms and was listened to v carefully. I was then triaged and an appointment was set up for me. Took about 1/4 hr. I had been meaning to write an overall review of the practice for a while. I have been very pressed with the speed of response from the surgery a number of times. I feel confident in all the GPs I have come across altho you can get your own GP quickly if necessary. The artists generally very friendly and warm. The team appears to enjoy working with each other. All in all I feel we are blessed with our Gossoms End surgery in Berkhamsted

I have always had excellent service from this practice. My most recent consultation was with an expert doctor sbout the removal of a cyst. He has an excellent bedside manner and I am pleased to say surgery is imminent for exactly what I need.

Used online form to submit an enquiry about a minor ailment and received a phonecall within 2 hours and a doctors appointment the next day. Nice telephone manner from the receptionist, much appreciated. A lot of criticism of GP practises and receptionists but this Practise can't be faulted

Rothschild surgery went above and beyond for me on 2nd July. I phoned to merely request xray for swollen foot. The receptionist was exemplary, triaged me & a subsequent phone call was to book me in for face to face appointment with GP the same day! Excellent service. Thank you 😊

The team supported my father at the end of his life answering our emails and texts questions quickly and honestly and impressive liaison with the local hospice making the situation easier to manage.

I had a health issue in May and submitted an eConsult form. I received a rapid reply with an appointment offered the same day. I could not make that appointment as I was travelling. I was asked to ring the surgery at 08:00 the next morning, when I would be placed on the emergency triage list. I rang and got through quickly and I was given an appointment for later that morning. Very efficient. I was seen by a lovely GP, who quickly diagnosed my problem, sent a prescription request to the chemist and I had my drugs within half an hour. Just after I left the surgery the GP texted me to let me know that she had changed one of the drugs originally prescribed, so that I could make sure the pharmacy gave me the right ones, which I found very reassuring. Good efficient service.

I recently asked for a copy of my Mother In Laws medical records using a Lasting Power of Attorney. I expected a long drawn out process verifying the Last Power of Attorney then waiting for the records. I couldn't have been more wrong, 300+ pages of medical records in electronic format received in about a week. Thank You,
