Just want to say thanks to our GP who is what you call a doctor: gentle, always listening, always scrupulous, serious and lovely at once. She looks after our family so well and we feel blessed and so fortunate to have someone like her. Recently she referred both me and my husband for some problems and she acted so quick and responsably, and resolved all.

At my annual diabetic check I had the good fortune to be examined by a nurse called Kerry. Kerry was extremely thorough and considerate. I can honestly say that in the 18 years I have been a diabetic Kerry was the most considerate, capable and insightful nurse I have seen. She agreed to an extra blood test I requested and put me forward for Podiatry care which had not been offered to me before. I can also say Kerry was approachable and as a consequence I had great confidence in her comments and suggestions Many thanks Kerry

I had an appointment with a trainee GP with whom I was incredibly impressed. Very professional, very thorough and gave me several opportunities to raise any questions or concerns before the end of my appointment. My husband and I have received excellent treatment from our surgery, and are always able to make an appointment if needed, or seek help via another route. Very professional and efficient.

Yesterday I rang with some troubling symptoms and was listened to v carefully. I was then triaged and an appointment was set up for me. Took about 1/4 hr. I had been meaning to write an overall review of the practice for a while. I have been very pressed with the speed of response from the surgery a number of times. I feel confident in all the GPs I have come across altho you can get your own GP quickly if necessary. The artists generally very friendly and warm. The team appears to enjoy working with each other. All in all I feel we are blessed with our Gossoms End surgery in Berkhamsted

I have always had excellent service from this practice. My most recent consultation was with an expert doctor sbout the removal of a cyst. He has an excellent bedside manner and I am pleased to say surgery is imminent for exactly what I need.

Used online form to submit an enquiry about a minor ailment and received a phonecall within 2 hours and a doctors appointment the next day. Nice telephone manner from the receptionist, much appreciated. A lot of criticism of GP practises and receptionists but this Practise can't be faulted

Rothschild surgery went above and beyond for me on 2nd July. I phoned to merely request xray for swollen foot. The receptionist was exemplary, triaged me & a subsequent phone call was to book me in for face to face appointment with GP the same day! Excellent service. Thank you 😊

The team supported my father at the end of his life answering our emails and texts questions quickly and honestly and impressive liaison with the local hospice making the situation easier to manage.
