emailed and filled a form in online for a prescription renewal over a 2 day period. Eventually rang and spoke to operator "we fulfilled the request with the pharmacy but don't respond to communications.. we have 8000 patients" last part was unnecessary, and I pointed out that not all 8000 patients were emailing every day to ask basic question that could have been replied to.

Been with this surgery for years and keeps going downhill. Very hard to get an appointment , get one and the Doctors on my last visit did not seem interested

Initially was frustrated with the booking system but the staff are helpful on trying to book you an appointment. The doctor who phoned me today was very helpful, offering support due to never ending menopause issues!!!!

I rang for an appointment at 8.30am; spoke to receptionist at 8.40 am. Will be triaged this morning. Great service.
