    Went there and the doctor was amazing, very helpful, very friendly, seem to know what he was talking about. Not so amazing was the receptionist, very rude lady, very snappy, made me feel very uncomfortable to ask something. If you don't like answering questions, don't apply for a job as a receptionist.

    Brilliant nurse I have met today and keep you so ease even she will pinch you to take the blood, but doesn’t let you nervous. We need the same nurse in whole NHS who loves their job.

    Surgery says to call us at 8 am to book an appointment with GP, I called at 8 am and no one answered for an hour then said all the appointments have been booked "call tomorrow". Called the next day no answer for 30-45 mins and said all appointments were gone again, and practice said to call tomorrow... the same story is that joke we pay all our life taxes which go to your wages and you don't even bother to book an appointment, eventually, now they are saying my GP doesn't have availability for 3 months and I said book me after 3 months and then they said we don't book an appointment after 3 months. What they trying to tell you, is just walk off and keep paying your taxes.

    Having felt unwell recently, my consultant at the hospital had informed me i required an appointment at my GP surgery to arrange blood tests. Having phoned previously requesting appointments i found it impossible to get past the reception staff! They weren't exactly rude, but certainly obstinate and difficult. So, i rang to arrange the blood tests and also obtain advice as to why i was feeling poorly I was told, no appointment available, ring tomorrow! I did so and again told no appointment. I work at the County hospital, and in desperation contacted the Gastroenterology medical secretary to explain the issue She explained i had to be seen and emailed the practice Soon after i received a call and was triaged to confirm whether a GP would phone me or an appointment would be made. Half hour later a GP rang me back and said i need to come in for the blood tests! The problem seems to stem from the way appointments are generated. This needs to be examined and changed and fast! Reception staff are direct and blunt when asked if an appointment can be made. If you push the issue they become obstinate and flatly refuse to budge When i ring it's because i need to see a GP. I'm not a serial GP chaser, so i am poorly and need help and guidance. I don't want advice from a non clinical reception staff member. A review of the appointment process needs to be made an improvements implemented. Small wonder A&E is busy!

    My GP goes above and beyond with regular phone calls and follow ups. I’ve had a rough 12 months and the support and help I have received has been outstanding! Even the reception team have always been helpful and always got me an appointment

    I m a 56 year old amputee, in all my years this has to be the best interaction with a doctor. She talks to you like a human so relaxed and professional at the same time. I can't thank you enough for this .

    Explained to receptionists that my son was ill and recently had moved back to Hereford but had no idea who his gp was in Salford-could he register with you They not only got him registered that day within 2 hours he had a phone call and an appointment 45 minutes later where he was prescribed antibiotics for a nasty chest infection. Thank you!

    My GP and Practice team have supported me during the last year particularly, and prior, with multiple serious medical issues that have been ongoing. Every team member that I have needed to speak to has been caring, informative, sometimes very blunt and direct, helpful, honest and have always followed through with results, answers and guidance. I have felt valued and encouraged. Referrals to various hospital departments have been followed up and acted upon, also I’ve been offered access to specific online support and advice groups. Through the past year I have been able to withdraw steadily and safely from several long term medications, also to lose a lot of weight and increase activity and energy levels, through support from my GP and relevant Clinics within the Practice. My improvement so far means that I am today at last, following my GP appointment, in a position to attempt a return to work which I didn’t think was ever going to be a possibility this time last year. The Practice is always clean, bright and has lots of information available, Dr’s and Nurses always come to the waiting room to meet their patient appointments which feels personal and welcoming. I consider myself and my family fortunate to be registered with this Practice and am grateful for the excellent service that they provide.
