The adminstrative staff and doctors were extremely helpful and welcoming. They went the extra mile to ensure that my needs were met. They were also very comforting.

I have had nothing but a very positive experience of dealing with my doctor. My Doctor has been a great help for my health issue and I have been looked after very well by her. I have had very good support and advice and I would recommend her to anyone reading this.

I had a very good experience at the newly refurbished health centre.I got an appointment quickly and my GP was very supportive and listened.The reception and administrative staff were also effective and responsive.

J Wijeratne & Partners at Belmont Health Centre is a first class doctors surgery with quick responses and very efficient and effective staff and doctors. I am able to get appointments without delay and always impressed with the service. I consider myself lucky to have such a great doctors surgery. The new surgery refurb looks amazing too.

I have never been to be successful to see a gp first always with a physician. Then I requested sick note she said we will send through text shortly now almost 24 h gone haven’t received when I call the aggressive receptionist told me o have to wait 7 working days for my sick note to be issued now I am home with unplanned absent every day while I was offered to stay home and use my note . This is crazy and unacceptable. Who does that if I knew I wouldn’t get my sick note straight away I would have gone to work and not to be labelled as an unplanned absent which effects my employment situation.

Dear Miss Azar, I am sorry to hear about this and apologise for the delay in processing your sick note request. Unfortunately, the practice experienced unexpected computer issues yesterday where the whole system crashed, temporarily impacting our ability to fulfil certain administrative tasks, including issuing sick notes. I reviewed your clinical notes and noted that you requested the sick note on Mon 20th, November, around 4:15 pm. This was supposed to be actioned the following day (Tue, 21st November) morning, but unfortunately, the system crash delayed the process, which was unfortunate and beyond our control. Your printed sick note was given to you around 11:30 am, and a PDF version was texted to your mobile. We understand the importance of having timely documentation for your absence, and we sincerely regret any inconvenience this delay may have caused. I visited the practice with my father who is having treatment that requires him to be seen regularly by the practice nurse and receptionist. In this visit, I accompanied my father and was able to see first hand the care and empathy shown by both the reception staff and nurse. Thank you very much!

We have been very pleased with Belmont Health Centre, having been with the Enterprise Practice for a long time. Our experience has so far been par excellence. We have been very impressed with the efficiency and the professionalism of all the members. The merger of the Enterprise Practice and Belmont Health Centre is definitely very positive and successful. My wife and I are aware of the pressures NHS is going under and now we see a Practice which is delivering excellent service and care despite current difficulties. Waiting times for appointments have been reduced.

I went for a blood test recently and was attended to very very quickly - in and out in under 10 mins both times, with zero wait time. The recent renovation and the new systems implemented made the whole experience so easy from check in to being called in within 5 mins. The way the test was conducted was so effortless and I cannot say enough good things. I’ve told everyone I know what a great place this is! Thanks so much

Every dealing and every person I have met have been helpful, responsive and delightful. So refreshing that they understand customer service. My latest flu jab experience was wonderful - quick and on time. My last doctor consultation was caring, empathetic and inspired confidence.
