Extremely unhelpful service. Long wait in the morning to get the “no” answer. This surgery will not give any help when you really need it. I am very disappointed at the service. I wish I didn’t register with them.

Dear Patient, I was sad to read you had a problem obtaining help from the surgery on the 1st December. Unfortunately as you have posted anonymously, I am unable to try and find out what the enquiry was to see if I can assist you or give an explanation. If you are able to call the surgery to discuss further, please ask for Mrs Seymour, Practice Manager. I would like to learn further what the problem was to see if any staff training is required or if we need to change any of our processes to improve patient experience. We do appreciate your feedback. Been with this Surgery for many years. All trust and credibility lost due to unwarranted remarks they placed on medical system resulting in stonewalling of any medical help for not just myself but other members of Family I'm a carer for. We have not taken this decision lightly but have now made the steps in changing surgery's. You do not get help here unless you find some strength in fighting for medical help outside of the standard routine health checks. As a carer speaking on behalf for an individual that finds social settings unbearable is ignored and sadly criticism. Many times witnessed while in waiting area of patients leaving their appointments requested to reception staff to not be given an appointment to a certain GP over the years. Down to reception staff to charm patients down through being so distort in their experience with this GP all in attendance of waiting patients. Yet this individual GP is still there after years of witnessing this on both Surgery's they run. Sadly experienced and other members of the Family that this Surgery is poorly managed in being able to put notes on our medical system while unwilling to give the service that is required for those that do need general medical attention in complex heredity conditions. It is time to put our medical needs frist and foremost even if it means going private. All these problems have been experienced before the Pandemic.

Sadly time has passed and as you have left your feedback anonymously I cannot see if you decided to remain with us or register elsewhere to call you to see if things have improved.
