Had to see one of the nurses on 6/9 for a review she explained everything to me regarding medication and also gave me information regarding questions I asked regarding a previous visit and pointed me in the right direction regarding the nhs app which she didn’t need to do She was very helpful

Attended 31/8 to make an appointment to see a GP. Told I couldn't do it in person and had to do it online. Given an email address which didn't work. Attended 2/9 and told I still couldn't make an appointment without a mobile phone but could contact via Bedlingtonshire medical group. Did so and received acknowledgement with request book an appointment within 2 weeks. Tried to but accidentally archived message and don't know how t o retrieve it. Will try to book by phone.

Having issues with new system, mix up with sample , reception too defensive with new system. Overall not impressed re time to collect and return samples then find it's for wrong person.

I recently had my well woman check. The Nurse Practitioner was excellent in her knowledge and advice. She put me at ease when taking bloods and I felt as though she listened to my concerns and treated me with dignity.

I was at another practice in bedlington until 12 months ago. This practice got me in on the system within 2 days of registering and gave me an appointment straight away. I have been working with the same GP for my long term medical conditions and it feels great to finally have someone who will be honest and listen. That’s all I want from a practice. They have also been great at signposting to other services to help me get other matters under control.

I am a cancer patient and can say, I am more than happy with the treatment and attention that I am receiving for this awful condition. Thank you for your endeavours on my behalf. Even with a lost cause.

I've been prescribed drugs from out of the blue. They are obviously mixing me up with someone else. How can this happen? What kind of record keeping are these doctors doing!?? They are also very lax on keeping my patient record up to date, i.e. having things added to my record, i.e. saying I'm a smoker when I've never smoked a day in my life. In general, I'd avoid this practice if possible.
