I visited the Beacon Medical Ivybridge practice to have staples & stitches removed, the nurse practitioner did a fantastic job putting me at ease and quickly and painlessly removed them all, there were quite a lot. Many thanks

Filled in an eConsult two days ago for my poorly daughter, and never received a response from the surgery. Very poor service.

Consultation by phone. Very thorough covered all necessary concerns with action being taken. Pleased with the way I was dealt with and with the time taken to answer my questions.

Phoned doctors on my way back from holiday and got an appointment for 17:00 the same day with a paramedic practitioner who was very friendly and caring

Requested repeat meds, informed required review, contacted mulitple times and told differents things, stated Dr would ring so waited all day, no call, contact again told different story and prescription would be completed same day. 3 days later called again and inform prescription is being sent today. Meds review in 2.5 weeks time,after meds run out. Service is well below standard and this is not the first time. Previously had to use 111 to get medication repeat and use the UTC.

Called a day before expecting call gave advice on side effects of medication discussed alternatives and agreed t try alternative at lower dose so problem resolvede

I received a call from my Doctor to discuss my results. Absolutely brilliant service, my results were discussed and explained and I was given details of what will be happening in the future. Can’t fault Beacon Surgery for the amazing service I receive from all the Staff and their support. I have a fabulous Doctor and would certainly recommend her to my family and friends.

If my wife was not home I could not have got over to plympton why do you make us go to a place with no transport link's when we live in ivybridge

Had to wait quite a while for a doctor to call back appointment it wasn’t urgent so that was fine . Doctor phoned promptly in the morning was very thorough and issued prescription this was done very efficiently. Many thanks
