Blood test appointment made swiftly Receptionist friendly and helpful Nurse was friendly, courteous and gave a careful explanation of the process. Batheaston surgery is always excellent and helps restore my trust in the NHS. Thank you.

Good and helpful triaging by the reception team. Seen by GP promptly sound advice. Very prompt referral to hospital and appointment booking. Thank you.
