  1. Review titled Super efficient

Rated 5 stars out of 5

by Dawn - Posted on 04 May 2024

Called up on Friday at about 9.15 am, was called back at about 9.35 and invited in for a face to face appointment at 12.30. Seen by a clinician , she was very thorough. Very nice nurse practitioner, can't fault her or the surgery.

  3. Review titled Disgusting

Rated 1 star out of 5

by Kristina - Posted on 14 July 2023

Reception are rude, they said the doctor will call back for my 2 year old but instead I received a message saying next time I should call the practice if I'm not planning to come in. Last week I went in because I have a consistent cough for over a month, the doctor was rude and condescending, she sent me home and told me to take hay fever tablets, even though she said I might have an infection in my throat. When I asked for general blood tests she said I look fine and it will cost them a lot of money to do the tests so she sent me home.. I will be moving to another practice. They are a disgrace

Turned up for an appointment and was left waiting 20 minutes over my time and then told by a receptionist that the Doctor had cancelled my appointment.

  5. Review titled Not Great at all

Rated 1 star out of 5

Wanted to actually speak to a Dr today, but was denied that by the receptionist, was asked why do I need to speak to a Dr. Personally, I found that very offending. I am concerned that a receptionist is able to look at my records and tell me that my recent treatment has not got back to them yet. Surely this is breaking Data Protection Act? I am seriously considering making a formal complaint to the GMC and leaving this surgery.
