    I managed to get an appointment for my 5 year old via 111 as I can never seem to get through on the phone at this surgery despite calling before opening and pressing the automated service to go through to the emergency appointment line and waiting in a queue. The doctor was very good and pleasant. I do not have any issues with the doctors at this surgery as they have always been very good when you get to see them but there never seems to be any appointments available even when calling for an emergency. When I call and lucky to get through I get told to call back in the afternoon which I do, nothing. It seems now I have to resort to calling 111 just to speak with a doctor on the phone or go to a walk in clinic which is just outrageous

    Dear Patient, Many thanks for your feedback. We do appreciate your frustration for not getting the appointment but on the day emergencies are given on first come first serve basis We do try our best to accommodate young children We provide around 300 on day appointments every week. We do have some slots reserved for 111 everyday to ease off their pressure and if they feel that the patient should be seen by surgery and if slot is available they will book it . And again many thanks for appreciating doctors at the surgery We can assure you that we work hard as a team to provide the best care to our patients.     Came in to the Gp wanting to find out if my prescription for antibiotics can be picked up earlier the staff member was very helpful she called the doctor to ask if it’s possible as my symptoms had gotten worse the doctor said yes as I was on my way to pharmacy the staff member called to let me know that the prescription has changed to a different antibiotics due to the change of symptoms it was so quick and efficient especially as I was feeling very unwell I was desperate to feel better and she made it happen could not have asked for a better service

    I complained month ago as my child ended up in A&E as they were not able to accommodate my child. I received a message to contact surgery with reference number and they will look into the matter as they always provide appointments for under 5 same day stating they provided this much number of appointments during that week. I was told by receptionists that GP will contact me to go through my concerns . It is over 20 days now and no call from surgery. I called on Friday at around 10.30 am again for emergency appointment for my under 1 year old child , again there was no appointment . So which data doctor was talking about that they do provide emergency appointments to under 5 years old. At one hand if you are providing emergency appointments, on other hand you are not providing routine appointments. Waiting time is over 5 weeks now. This surgery should be closed by health authorities as it is risk to the patients . Please do not ask me to contact you again to raise my grievances as you don’t bother to call back patients.

Like I said before we never refuse appointments under 5 and you have mentioned that you again could not get an appointment on Friday for your child which is unlikely for our practice.     Despite the many attempts to book an appointment by phone for my eldery 78 years old dad who is a longstanding patient of 15 years, it has been impossible to get an appointment for him after a wait time of up to 1.5 hours. Meanwhile his many small ailments have become more serious and he has been left without a GP service. The telephone booking system used by this practice is dehumanising and unfair. I would not recommend this practice.

We have had issues with telephone lines and the company has advised that everything is sorted now but if you have had the problem please email us on nelondonicb.bmgpcomplaints@nhs.net quoting ref J BMGP17123 with the time of your call and the number you called from so we can ask them to check about the issue. Please be assured we are committed to look after our patients We have reserved appointment slots for over 75 year old every week so you should have been able to get the appointment but if you have had problem please email us the details and we would look into it.     I've been having trouble getting medication added to my repeat prescription. So when using the Nhs app. I have been leaving messages. In the appropriate message box. Asking for the item's to be added. Do you think they were added No! Any body would think I was asking for crack cocain. Or the messages just ain't read. And bothered with. Anyway I popped into the surgery spoke to. Two lovely members of staff. Who were both very helpful. Fingers crossed problem solved. Watch this space.

    Today I contacted practice for urgent assistance relating to my 89 year old Mother in Law prescription which was required urgently- Suffia, the Receptionist was supportive, professional and arranged for a prescription to be authorised by the Dr as a matter of urgency today - she is always helpful and is an asset to the practice
