Popped into the surgery after work tonight to try to make an appointment and was given one within 2 days and at a time perfectly convenient for me. Thank you. Member of staff was very pleasant, polite and friendly as well as being so helpful.

The receptionist was professional and helpful. The doctor listened, treated me with respect and great care, and fully explained their proposed next steps to support me with my bladder problems.

I have a child with a chronic illness and the surgery were able to accommodate my child and bring her appointment forward to be seen quicker. The receptionist was very helpful and speaking with the doctor arranging the appointment at short notice. Thank you

I went to BMG Practice at Upney lane today with a very heavy burden in my head about a very serious condition I thought I might be suffering from. I had no appointments just decided walk in, on my only day off. After talking to me , Lady at the reception offered me a cancellation of an appointment and I was seen by a doctor within minutes ,who listened and then thoroughly examined and explained to me of the issue. I walked out of the Barking Medical Group Practice with all burdens were eased and with answers to my issues. I Felt I was blessed by the actions of the staff at BMG Practice @Upney Lane. very grateful. Thank you..
