    The times of day for various services is ridiculous. It seems to be designed to stop you calling. You can't book appointments online as never any available. I've just finished the 4th time in 6 months of being on hold to get routine cervical screening booked. No wonder so many get to n stage or don't want to book its impossible if you are employed full time to book.

    Dear Patient We are very sorry to read the problems experienced in contacting the Practice. We have increased our appointments available via our online services and these include cervical screening appointments (some of these are late afternoon or early evening). We release appointments each day and if you have still not been able to make a suitable appointment, please can you try again. Our Receptionists will also be able to help if you would prefer to telephone the Practice.

    I have been struggling to sort out my elderly father’s pills and was going round and round in circles not getting anywhere. The two receptionist I spoke to when I came in were so helpful and eventually they sorted it. Thank you so much - I can’t tell you how much it helped a stressed carer.

    Just had a really great telephone appointment with one of the female Drs at the Barcroft to amend my HRT. (Although the male Drs have also been very good in the past including putting me on HRT in the first place). She was very knowledgeable and understanding and what great service. The practice is extremely busy at the moment but all staff are helpful, friendly and professional -Receptionists, Nurses and Doctors. Thank you for all you are doing. Well done NHS

    Managed to make a phone consultation on line .in two weeks time. After had to make an appointment for blood test , made it online again for a week later,Had a text saying needed another blood test and another phone consultation with doctor. After 45 minutes waiting on the phone managed to get appointment for second blood test but no appointment for phone consultation, told to ask at reception when I went for the second blood test. Reception said no appointment and should wait till after 10 or book online. Once again no appointments for any doctors online Only nurses . How on earth do you get to speak with a doctor let along see one. Every time I need to phone surgery it is always 45mins to an hour wait on the phone.
