   Rather than join a phone queue, I used the online contact form to explain my non urgent circumstances and concerns. Someone contacted me from the surgery within 3 hours and I was given an appointment for a couple of days after that with a physician associate. Following discussion with a GP they then arranged tests as needed. It was all very efficient
