    After a short wait, I went into see a new doctor who came out to fetch me. He was very friendly and asked me about my symptoms taking notes and then examined me. He gave a very informative chat to me about what he thought it was and explained what the the next stages would be. I was very happy with all the details he gave me and I am now waiting for the next steps to get back to better times for me. 10/10 for my visit. I would happily go back again.

    Lovely staff. Went for a review but ended up having a tonic clinic seizure in the waiting room. The staff were brilliant and did everything they could to care for me until an ambulance arrived.

    I went to drop off a letter about a prescription and when I arrived I pressed the buzzer to get in and staff acknowledged me and ignored me. I then tried to call and pressed the buzzer a further 4/5 times over 20 minutes and noticed staff seeing me and ducking down/hiding I find this extremely unprofessional and rude. I eventually had to go to the other end of Elland to bring it to the other one just before it closed. The staff at rose mount have no respect at all and shouldn’t be working in a doctors if they will ignore and hide from patients like that. It has happened before too. Terrible service
