Dr ? was good at taking my view into account and reluctance to try mediation at this stage. She was on top of trying to identify if my breathlessness is heart or lung related. Good Action plan moving forward

After a heart-related A&E report to the West Bar Surgery, I was given a good check-over and review of medication and a referral initiated for a cardiologist appointment. I left feeling well-informed and a little more relaxed.

The doctor I saw (lovely lady) was very thorough and took her time with me. Did not feel rushed and will be following up her advice

I had an appointment with the nurse for an inoculation, it was timely and the nurse was as very efficient. Also had time for a chat, great service

Over the last three weeks I have visited the practice three times to discuss prostate cancer tests, have a covid jab and have a blood sample taken. All three visits were very efficient, on time and very professional. Your next question about telephone appointments does not have a choice for when appointments are made on line!!

I received great care and was well looked after. staff were amazing and went above and beyond to care for me when a routine appointment ended up as an Emergency and needed to go to hospital.

I cannot fault anything about this practice always helpful and I've always been seen in a short time of booking the nurse I saw on this date was excellent and very friendly I was there for a health check so gave bloods and blood pressure check and got weighted
