I recently needed an on the day appointment, phoned surgery about 11am and was given appointment for 2pm. Seen by an extremely kind clinician who carried out checks very professionally and booked two further tests that I needed to have to understand what the problem may be. I attended one appointment later that afternoon and the other the following morning. I cannot praise this health centre enough, the staff are all so helpful. Thank you once again.

After ringing at 8am and put into a queue above 30 didn’t think I would get in today. I was proven wrong by having a call back about half hour later. I was desperate to see someone as I was quite unwell the receptionist was amazing she got me an appointment about 40 minutes later. She could tell I was poorly and asked if I was ok to get into surgery. When I got there I waited a few minutes before being called in. The dr was a lovely man took his time with me asked lots of questions about my health and diagnosed me with bronchitis. Prescribed antibiotics and inhaler of which I have never used. He sent me a video to show me how and said to phone on Monday to let him know how I was getting on with i. Then realised Monday is a bad day so he booked a phone appointment for him to ring me just to check. I was so grateful to him for helping me and hopefully my medication will work soon. So from me it’s a massive thank you to both these people on a day when I have never felt so poorly. Sorry don’t know receptionist’s name.

My GP listened to my concerns in a friendly manner, checked a couple of things and explained what was causing my symptoms. I left feeling very reassured that nothing serious was going on. First class doctoring - Thank you

I phoned the surgery and selected the option to have a text link. I opened the link and gave a brief description of my health. I was then sent the option of 4 possible appointments and selected one for the same day. It really was as efficient as it sounds. In addition, I was seen bang on time for my blood tests with no waiting at all. I felt that this was a huge improvement on the previous appointment system.

On my recent call to the surgery Your anti aggression waiting spiel was actually quite aggressive. As I had to wait quite a long time before being connected it was very draining to be told off so frequently.

Saw a lady doctor today who explained tests results patiently so I understood perfectly certainly helps when your 91 and was very reassuring

This is my 2nd review in 2weeks I have been very poorly with bronchitis. The receptionist got me an appointment quickly. The dr was then very thorough he phoned after a few days to see how I was doing. As I was still quite unwell he saw me again the same day as phone call. Again he didn’t rush and changed my medication.

Dr ag was extremely friendly, helpful, compassionate and professional. He fully listened to my issue before responding, he apologised for the difficulties I had experienced getting the appointment, he gave me a solution and genuinely made me feel he cared.
