My experience with the staff at the practice was amazing. Kind, helpful and caring. After I had an emergency life threatening surgery, they took care of me after I was discharged from JR. They were beyond kind and made sure to give me the help needed to recover quicker. Answered all my questions and made sure I know what to do in case of emergency. Very very helpful people. Thanks from the bottom of my heart!

I easily made an appointment online at the clinic this week. The GP I saw listened well and responded clearly. All the staff were very helpful in the practice.

Within two hours of contacting the surgery I had been seen by a doctor. The whole process was easy and I was reassured by the treatment t I received. Thank you all.

Having experienced spells of feeling 'dizzy & faint' for about 10 days, I thought it prudent to consult a General Practioner. I rang Banbury Cross Health Centre at 0800 on a Tuesday, and was 13 th in the queue of callers so activated their 'call back' service. My call was returned by a receptionist at 08.20, I give her details of my symptoms and was given an appointment at 10.15 that morning. I attended, was seen promptly and was given a thorough examination by a Doctor, where my Blood Pressure was found to be slightly high. The Doc recommended that I keep a Home Blood Pressure Diary for 7 days, which I duly did and submitted the results for analysis. My Blood Pressure readings were classified as normal and an appointment was made with a Nurse who took Blood to be sent to the lab. for analysis. I'm awaiting the results. I was very pleased, with the speed and re-assured by the quality of the service I received, and would recommend the practice to anyone. Thank you to all at Banbury Cross Health Centre.

The nurse who took my blood sample was very rude and disrespectful she tried to provoke me few times The she talked to me I felt like I have had something wrong to book a blood test. Any way I stayed calm and show respect to her. Now I not confident enough to Go again there for the blood test or another health issues. God bless NHS

Call back service worked extremely well. Even though I was 17th in queue I was called back within 30 minutes and got an on the day appointment. Very pleasant Allied Health Professional. Made me feel at ease and gave valuable information.

Saw advanced health care practioner regarding one problem but told them of an additional concern, in case they were related. The health care practiomer immediately said that they were not but would contact appointments dept to send me a link to see a doctor .Link received and appointment made with a doctor later the same day. (Able to have bloods taken the following day).Referral made to Oxford University Hospitals via 2 week fast track scheme and appointment made for 5 days later.
