He went out of his way to arrange appointments with different Hospitals to find out the problems. Which is do different to other GPS I've seen before

Had my smear today, the nurse made me feel very comfortable, very friendly and caring. Thank you, for making a not so pleasant life’s necessity, a bit less uncomfortable and a bit more pleasant.

Because of the neglect I received in the run up to 2020 I had to have life saving surgery again in may of this year and because of returning symptoms I wanted some advice and it feels like im not important or being listened to today as an example but not only occasion

Usually get an appointment when needed and good support services. Keep on top with regular jabs etc. Parking is handy

I used your online appointment service for the first time today. Thank you. I have an appointment this afternoon. I feel listened to (via the online form) and know I do not need to panic but will see a nurse (I don’t need to see a doctor) before the weekend. Thank you all for your hard work.

Wait was a little over 10 minutes and the gp was friendly but the pharmacy downstairs didn’t carry the prescription so we had to find another pharmacy to pick it up at

New to area and this was the only practice that was accepting new patients so really had no choice but to register here. My family is low maintainance being an NHS nurse myself and we would only see a doctor when absolutely necessary. In the two years+ we have been here we have had to see the GP x3 on an urgent basis which were all great as these were all same day appts. The amount of cancelled scheduled appts in advance is becoming unacceptable to a point where we now feel “lets just wait and see”. I understand that things happen which could not be helped but two appts cancelled one day apart one for a routine blood test for myself and a diabetic clinic for my other half is quite disappointing specially when these are booked in advance due to other commitments. Patients are expected to cancel in good time but nothing is done when it is the other way around.

Dr was very thorough and explained everything to me as she could see I was quite worried. She told me what the next steps would be.
