    Can I express my extreme gratitude for the wonderful service I received from the Bampton surgery and the Oxford University Hospital trust this month. On the 2 /9 I visited the Drs and was seen promptly, a letter was sent to my Consultant to which an appointment was made for 3/9 I was seen and a Scan was set up for the 6/9, the Consultant phoned with the results on the 10/9 and a Biopsy had been arranged for the 12/9. I was diagnosed with High Grade Lymphodema, my admission to the Churchill was made on the 18/9 where I started Chemo therapy. This I believe shows the National Health Service in its true colours when everything aligns I have been lucky but it just shows how good things can be. Well done to the Bampton Medical Centre and the Hospital Trust I could not be in finer hands Bill Ford

    Lovely people but shockingly poor service in terms of being able to speak to medical staff the same day. If you haven’t dialled in at 8:30 don’t bother trying. Twice I’ve called during the day, once at 12 and then at 2 to be told even a call back isn’t possible. NHS 111 are unable to help until it is considered “out of hours” for my GP practice.

    I have a number of medical issues. I moved to this surgery in August 22, from London. They are on the ball. Very quick to process referrals, and as equally quick to get the results to you. Most recently at 7pm on a Friday by text… also confirming further action to be taken. (Non life threatening). The team are great - reception, nurses and doctors alike are approachable and helpful. Thank you to them all.
