I contacted practice on 16/07/2024 was contacted by practice pharmacist by phone who said I needed face to face I said only day I could make was Thursday he said phone Wednesday morning to make appointment .I phoned and was told I'd have gorilla in another form which I did was offered appointment same day even though I'd already said I could only make Thursday I again phoned on Wednesday to be told ring back Thursday I did and was told to fill in another form I did and after again phoning was told to ring again Friday I did and was told the System was down and nothing could be sorted and to phone back Monday .I did this and was told she would have to pass it back to the doctor and would get back to me it is now 1957 and nothing it is now 7 days since I was told I needed to be seen I am so disappointed in the way I've been treated .

Well I was very happy to see that the surgery has a much better way on answering the calls , very helpful lady managed to help me and was given an appointment to see the nurse as I didn't need the doctor well done Mgs

Receptionists and admin staff have always been polite and helpful. The nurse and GP, with whom I had appointments with last week, were professional, informative and reassuring as they made time to answer my questions which helped to address my concerns. Amazing nurses best ever made me feel reassured and confident in my health conditions and wound care, always for me in and go above and beyond explaining everything to me.

I really think they need to delect the voice message at the bigging of the phone call. You call first thing in the morning at 9am and waiting 4 minutes for a voice message you have to listen to before you can even continue to join the que, by the time all this you are no 10 or more in the line, then when you finally get through, sorry appointment have gone please ring 111, no wonder new cross is so pack.

For the first time in a very long time of being with the surgery. I rang up and the receptionist couldn't do enough for me. She made sure I was seen by the doctor within a few days and She showed excellent customer service. The Doctor I saw gave me exceptional care and was very thorough with the care he gave me.

i have visited this practice on numerous occasions, i must say the service i receive via face to face or in an telephone consultation is always brilliant. The staff are always very polite and helpful. i can understand there is a lot of frustration at times when expectations are not met but my message to all of the patients is to be patient and kind to the staff members, we must remember the covid-19 outbreak has caused a lot of disruptions to the nhs health care system, there is a lot of backlog work to be completed, staff members are under a lot of pressure so please take it easy on them. We need more gp's in this surgery though, I have no clue why more gp's have not been recruited but I believe it could be because of limited government funding

One receptionist in particular tried her very hardest to get my Mother an appointment when she was rather desperate... Even after the Easter Holiday she got back to me right away on the Wednesday morning to get her an appointment ASAP. Saved a space for us tomorrow morning - and I can't thank her enough. As i am not able to mention her name... I will mention that it is the receptionist on duty Today at 09:30am. But all of the ladies working there are amazing. They all try to give the best possible care at all times to as many people as they can. I've been using Lowhill for quite some time now, and I dislike going anywhere else as i believe you don't get the same quality of care elsewhere. Thankyou Lowhill.
