Had swelling requiring urgent check. Reception team helped schedule quick appointment. Doctor was thorough and careful in doing examination and clear on next treatment steps. Very reassuring.

I recently had an important prescription declined. This is not a drug than can just be stopped. I had a conversation with the Practice Manager who was very helpful regarding this matter. She also listened to my concerns about my daughter who has had two appointments cancelled and she telephoned her to confirm the situation and consequently made an appointment for my daughter to see a doctor who was very thorough, caring and she made an urgent referral. I just want to thank them both for their help.

I moved to Headley just over a year ago. In that time I have received consistently good care. Reception staff have been very helpful and often went the extra mile to help me meet my needs and also get messages to Doctor. I know that sometimes it is not easy To make contact by phone , but I find waiting times are no different to other Practices I have been I appreciate Reception Staff have added helping Patients to submit e consult forms for. F to F consultations on the day to their work load, I have multiple health issues which the Medical staff are helping me to receive appropriate medication and access X Ray and other Scanning

After speaking to 111 on a weekend, I rang the surgery on the Monday & was given an appointment for that week. The Doctor referred me to the hospital straight away & arranged a blood test for the following day. Within a week I had had a scan, preop appointment & a date for my procedure. At what was a worrying time for me, I was given explanations, a course of action and was looked after by the Dr & surgery staff.

I had an appointment with my gp I arrived early and registered that I had arrived, I had to wait an hour to see the gp, while I was waiting he was having a private meeting with some one and then I saw them in the reception are drinking coffee, when I was called in to see the gp for a medication review he just asked how I was without taking my blood pressure and did not do a medication review he just rushed me out the door before I could even discuss any issues with him.

Far to many patients. 4 week lead time for an appointment! 50 minutes in waiting room on day at allotted time! Prescribing conflicting drugs for years, with no real oversight. Now to cap it all it been classed as 'indadequate' by the Care Quality Commission! Extraordinary!

I have been with this doctors for a year now and I dread having to call. I can hardly evrr get through (often phone rings out) and when I do there are rarely any appointments. I have had a doctor roll their eyes at me when asking about mental health and have no faith in them at all. I am so upset and disappointed by my experience here.
