The reception staff were very kind and managed to get me an appt with the nurse to see to my dressing when It was full. Also another appt either the another nurse was great as she helped to start the healing process of my cut leg.

The moment my h1 blood sugar became high, the practice sprang into action and I was extremely well cared for. Additionally, they have been totally supportive since my cancer diagnosis and chemo. I feel supported by many individuals at both surgeries. Thank you!

I have had various health issues for a prolonged period of time and have had the advice, support and guidance from my GP that will hopefully get to a conclusion of the symptoms by covering all bases. I have felt reassured that I will get the support and care I need and felt listened to when discussing my health concerns.

Needed to see particular doctor as he asked to see me. Receptionist was brilliant. Talked to doc who confirmed he needed to see me. She arranged 2 blood tests as doc had asked. She got back to me every time with updates. Went the extra mile. Well done that girl. Sadly can't mention by name as I'm not allowed to apparently. She arranged blood tests at 10.40 mon 2nd and mon 9th at 9.20 if that gives a clue. Give that girl my thanks.

I received local, quick, professional and friendly service from Helen the Practice’s phlebotomist. I particularly liked I could get an appointment in Wedmore and also there was no waiting for my appointment on the day.

Quick response to my on line request followed up by speedy appointment time. Staff at the surgery were helpful and friendly.

Very pleasant visit. I was early by mistake my fault but they managed to get me seen quicker save me waiting. Nurse was very helpful and friendly.

The service in the Wedmore practice was exceptional. Everyone was friendly and the person taking my blood test was the best in my experience. All very professionally done. Many thanks.
