Been trying to book a routine gp appointment for my son since thursday, today its monday, every time I call, the line is busy, by the time the phone rings (been trying since 8 am, 10 am now) and they eventually pick up the phone they are fully booked. As they now only make routine appointments a week before and for next monday you can only book the monday before, you can not book for tuesday on a monday a week before, for that you need to ring a week before on a tuesday only. Ridiculous! Some receptionists are very rude, its not my fault they hate their job, look for something else, dont take it out on patients! Shame as I really liked two of the doctors, they were very nice, not sure if I can mention their names so I rather not. Now I am looking for another surgery!
