I am short of words with my last Doctor's appointment on 17/10/2024. The Doctor's therapeutic practice was second to none since I've been using the nhs. In fact I really felt relieved after seen this wonderful Doctor. She's very empathetic, brilliant with the right attitude. She's doing the right job.

From requesting an appointment to being seen, it took around 1.5 hours! The doctor was very kind, friendly, and understanding. They gave me good advice and listened to what I had to say. I came away from my appointment feeling much more relaxed and confident. Thank you!

I visited the practice nurse for a blood test and she couldn’t have been more lovely. I am very scared of blood tests and she made me feel very comfortable and at ease. It was the easiest blood test I’ve ever had done. Thank you!

I recently moved to the area and joined the Urban Village Medical Practice to continue monitoring and medicating my Type II Diabetes. The changeover to a local pharmacy for my regular medication was handled seamlessly by the pharmacist, peace of mind from the outset. I had concerns about the monitoring of my diabetic stats but the pharmacist and practice nurse, C & K (not allowed to include names apparently), were both empathetic and active in equal measure, putting my mind at ease in no time at all, a huge thanks to both of you.

I had a blood test appointment on Wednesday and the nurse who carried out the appointment was such a pleasure. She made me feel incredibly relaxed, comfortable, and welcome in the practice, and was happy to answer any questions. She had a lovely energy about her, was very fun(ny) to talk to, and truly made my day. Thank you!
