From the very start, my experience was amazing as I was welcomed very openly. The experience I received with my GP left me amazed due to their professionalism as well as their welcoming, caring and supportive manner. Overall, it was a great experience.

Review titled Poor communication and systems

Interestingly, the link for feedback for a 'good review' is active however not if you want to leave feedback regarding concerns. Systems need reviewing if GP's are not available or appointment's cancelled. The next available appointment isn't acceptable particularly if patients are waiting for long periods between appointments and results. A basic review of the systems would address this quickly.

Dear Patient we are sorry that you feel you have to leave a negative review. We hope that when patients are unhappy with the service they would contact us and as you have remain anonymous we can not contact you. From the date that you posted it would seem that you were on a list of a GP who unfortunately was unwell and as everything on his list was a routine non urgent appointment you would have been re booked for the following week as it was a Friday. We are sorry that you are unhappy with the wait to get your results but we can not foresee staff illness but as this was not emergency it could not be passed over to a different GP to deal with on the day as this would have impacted the emergency appointments and stopped someone who was unwell from speaking with a GP that day.
