I first had a telephone consultation with my Doctor which after speaking about my issues a visit was recommended. During my appointment I was put at ease and every step taken during the examination was explained as what was going to happen and why. This made the appointment as comfortable as it could have been. Afterwards I felt safe knowing every measure was going to be checked whilst I have this ongoing issue. Thank you.

Having moved to Tiverton nine months ago, my husband and I are absolutely delighted with the care and attention we have received from Clare House Surgery. The receptionists, nurses and all the doctors we have encountered, have been kind, pleasant and extremely professional. It’s reassuring to know that we are supported by an efficient, knowledgeable medical team who genuinely care. Thank you.

I visited the surgery today for a steroid injection in my thumb. The doctor was friendly, reasuring, honest and professional in his approach. He explained every step of the procedure. He allayed my fears and it was nothing like as uncomfortable as I had thought. Thank you

I made an appointment with the doctor at short notice, having become concerned about an issue which a previous clinician had considered insignificant. On this occasion the consultation and examination were carried out thoroughly and efficiently, and an action plan proposed. I received a specialist appointment within a week, was seen within two weeks and urgent surgery arranged. I’m so impressed and so grateful that I was given a quick appointment with a GP. and am consequently receiving timely treatment.

I was seen on time by the Doctor who gave me his professional help and treatment. Very grateful. I have been with this practice for many years now and have been treated extremely well from Doctors, Nurses, and Physiotherapists.

Have just had a telephone consultation. Called on time. Caring and concise. Thank you. We have been using this practice for over 35 years. They have never ceased to give us excellent care. When I had my stroke over Christmas, we had a phone consultation and a Face 2 Face The relationship with Bampton Pharmacy is exemplary. True Joined Up Thinking. Thank you, all. You are truly Great!

Had two steroid injections today. Although uncomfortable not as bad as I thought they would be. Dr explained it all thoroughly and was very gentle.

GP was amazing! I had a very poorly child and she listen to the history and seemed genuinely concerned. The correct treatment was prescribed and a follow up appointment was made the same day. Several options were given to see which one I was most happy with and I felt supported and my child cared for.

I had steroid injections in both wrists for carpal tunnel syndrome today. Doctor explained everything in detail to me. Everything went according to plan, and the doctor was very professional and polite.

Everything you want in a gp practice, kind, thorough, informative and they don't make people wait for months on end to see someone! My experience with having carpal tunnel surgery was very good, the doctors and nurses were competent and everything was done properly and in an orderly fashion.
