The surgery is a delight to attend the lady at the reception really welcomes you every time i need a appointment she fits me in pleasure to see a happy smiling lady the indian lady

I attended an appointment at this clinic on 13/03/2023, I spoke to the Receptionists who asked me of my medical issue and I did not want to tell them because they are not the doctors, so I told them it's private and they replied with "We need to know your issue", this made me feel very emotional and anxious, I had to tell them my medical issue in front of many patients which was embarrassing and they had the nerve to say it out loud. I was very embarrassed since this was a private matter, then I was called to see the doctor, who was only a clinician and I had specifically asked to see a Doctor. The clinician talked down to me and treated me like I'm nothing. He shouted at me and called me names and told me to "grow up". I ended up crying and feeling sad.
