I got invited for the NHS health check and was seen promptly by the nurse. She was very friendly and thorough and gave me some good advice on living a healthier life. Would thoroughly recommend this service. Thank you.

Went for routine appointment but whilst there a condition flared up that causes me great pain. The staff were so helpful and sympathetic. They let me stay after my initial appointment and offered to accompany me or get a member of my family to go to another medical establishment that needed to see me, even though they are always so busy. Cannot thank them enough for their kindness and wished i could address them direct but not allowed.

I had an appointment with a doctor I had not seen before. She was thorough and explained the next steps. I also had to book a nurse appointment. The member of the reception staff who handled this for me was courteous and helpful. Overall, very pleased.

Had a doctors appointment yesterday. Doctor was so lovely. Listened to what i had to say. Made suggestions and options that i could choose from in my treatment. Reassured me too. Always been treated by lovely staff who are very proffessional and courteous.

I have been on blood pressure medication and statins for a few years now. I received a call last month requesting blood pressure readings and organising an annual blood test. I received the results for the blood test which confirmed an issue with my kidneys. Another test was done and on Friday 6/9 I received pre arranged call confirming the result was now clear. The call was made within the timescales agreed and was very professional.

I had an afternoon appointment and I was 1/2 hour late in getting there, I spoke to a receptionist and told her my reason for being late, she said don’t worry, leave it with me and take a seat. Within 10 minutes I was called into a consulting room. First class service.

This week I met with one of the senior nurses, she was in credible. She reviewed my file and explained everything to me in a very clear manner. I walked away knowing that she had gone above and beyond what was expected. She even suggested things that I could do to help myself and followed up the very next day with my blood work results. Because of people like her I chose to main with this practice.

Used the new on line triage system last week, had a response off the practice within hours, was given appointment to see doctor for the same afternoon. Was at new cross for tests that evening.
