Moved to this surgery last month and it’s so much easier to get an appointment, either on the same day or another day. There is also a physiotherapist at the practice, which is very helpful for musculoskeletal issues.

Since the beginning of this year I have had several quite serious health issues. The surgeries have provided me with a great deal of advice and support during this time. The health care professionals including the receptionists, nurses, well being practitioners, health care practitioners and drs have all done their level best to arrange appointments and signposted me to other services in a timely and professional manner. Despite the difficulties facing NHS practitioners, I have always been treated in a courteous and respectful manner. I would like to nominate the surgeries for for their excellent professional practice.

Tried to phone at various times during the day phones always engaged for long periods of time almost as if phones are taken off the hook so to speak. Very disappointed with this practice I sometimes feel that I do not have a GP it’s very worrying.
